About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compounding Technician to join our compounding lab team. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-sterile compounding, a strong understanding of pharmacy practices, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Our compounding lab is growing so we are seeking a member to join our team that is motivated. Key Responsibilities: Prepare compounded medications in accordance with USP <795> and <800> guidelines Accurately measure, mix, and label pharmaceutical ingredients Maintain cleanroom and lab equipment to ensure required conditions Assist pharmacists with inventory management of compounding supplies and ingredients Follow all safety, documentation, and quality control protocols Maintain accurate records of formulations, procedures, and batch logs Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations Participate in ongoing training and lab improvement initiatives
